After clicking [Summary] in the Basic Analysis, Cell Annotation, Visualization, Module Score, Differential Enrichment, and Advanced Analysis modules, the corresponding results are displayed in the Report module. You can also download the associated report files for centralized viewing and management.

NOTE

The Report module helps you centrally manage and export the key outputs from each analysis module. We recommend organizing and backing them up regularly.

1. Images in this module can be enlarged, or you can click the Edit button to jump directly to the corresponding module. The directory on the left can be sorted manually.
2. The document icon to the right of [Download Report] lets you control whether specific analysis content is displayed or included in the report. If you clear the check mark in front of a directory item, the related result is hidden from the Report module and excluded from the download. Selecting it again restores the content. Clicking the [x] next to a directory item permanently removes that result from the Report, and you must share it again to retrieve it.
3. Click [Download Report] to download the results directly to your local computer.
